| UPON THE death of Chicago's Cardinal Bernardin, the Graphics staff of the Chicago Tribune organized a full page graphic covering the ceremony used during the funeral mass. Along with electronic renderings of his staff and mitre I created this pencil portrait. | |||||||||||||

| WATERCOLOR treatment of an image for underhanded softball pitching. The final use of the image included directional arrows as well as information on body balance and foot movement during the wind-up through release of the ball.
