| MICHAEL JORDAN has always been a favorite sports figure to illustrate. I have created up to seven illustrations, the bulk from his basketball career.
The illustration on the left was published in a full page graphic covering Jordan's intention to become a baseball player. The graphic was appropriately headlined: "CAN MICHAEL PLAY?" My centerpiece illustration worked on his swing. The illustration to the right was created for, believe it or not, a page examining ballet.
